Residents no longer have to worry about how to dispose of their newspapers, magazines, catalogs and white office paper. As of May 6, 2010, residents will be able to recycle at curbside the following single stream items:
Beer and; Soft Drink Cans
No bigger than 14" x 14"
Empty Aerosol Cans
Glass - Beverage bottles and food jars (clear, brown, amber and green)
Metal Food Cans
Plastic (Types 1 through 7)
White Office Paper
All items can be co-mingled in the appropriate recycling container without being separated. Be sure all items are secure in the recycling containers. Additional recycling carts are available for purchase at the township office for $20 each.
